Although we have the capabilities to do in-house design and space planning, we normally work in partnership with designers, project managers and fit-out companies to offer the best solution to our clients within budget restrictions and time limitations. We implement the best methods to guarantee timely ordering, delivery and installation, with at all times an open and honest communication with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders in the project.

We work with the best products, manufacturers and the best trained and skilled installation crew, under our supervision, and offer the best after-sales service and maintenance, to guarantee client satisfaction throughout the project.

We aim to keep our promises and live up to or exceed our client’s expectations.

Dedicated Single Point of Contact

We believe it is important for all our clients to have a single point of contact. This enables our clients to have a streamlined experience from quotation stage through to project completion and after sales support.

Design and Product Specification

Based on your brief, we will review and offer a solution by proposing products from our vast product portfolio. We will be able to issue visual presentations, renders and any other supporting documentation required to meet your project needs. Our aim is to establish the best possible solution that can meet program, design intent and budget. We do this by working closely with the client and project team to ensure a smooth process.

Quotations and Budget Evaluation

Once the product selection has been made, a detailed quotation will be prepared. Quantities and final specifications / finishes will be issued as part of our submittal. This will be further amended in function of budget / time restrictions.

Project Management

As part of our service we will provide realistic planning from the early stages of the project, updating the project team during the entire process. Throughout this process we will maintain an honest and open communication with the client. We work pro-actively, with ownership of responsibility.

Our approach is problem-solving: be part of the solution not part of the problem.

Installation executed by a fully Trained Team

We work with a highly skilled and experienced installation team, under senior supervision. We provide high level training and ensure our team are equipped with all necessary tools and materials. We can arrange for safety inductions on site as part of our close coordination with your fit out contractor / project team. We can prepare risk-analysis and method statement in line with government and client regulations upon request.

Product Training and Ergonomic Workshop

As part of our standard service we believe it is important to provide ergonomic training for all clients regarding the use of task chairs, workstations and monitor arms. Such training is pivotal whether it be 1 unit or 1000 units purchased. We appreciate the investment made by our clients and want to ensure they receive ultimate value.

Dedicated After Sales Service Inclusive of Repair and Works additional orders and general churn.

Our client relationship does not end upon completion of delivery and install of our products. We believe it is of utmost importance to continue servicing our client’s day two with a dedicated account manager. We see our client relationships as partnerships.

Closed Out Documents

At the hand over stage, a set of documents will be prepared. Depending on the products delivered, we will issue as built drawings, care and maintenance manuals together with any warranty information required.
